About Me

Having lived in Manhattan since I was two years old, I’ve drawn inspiration from the city’s rich architectural landscape, which initially ignited my dream of becoming an architect. In 2017, I was fortunate to receive the Michael Perelstein Memorial Scholarship, allowing me to travel to Denmark to meet LEGO designers and further explore my interest in architecture and design.

I went on to study at Syracuse University’s School of Architecture for a year and a half. That experience was both enlightening and formative and shaped how I think about the relationship between people, space, and policy. While I loved studying architecture, I realized I was even more drawn to the systems behind it, particularly issues such as redlining, who and how we decide where to place wastewater treatment plants, who is impacted, and the broader ways in which design, whether physical or institutional, impacts quality of life. Ultimately, I decided to shift my academic focus, majoring in public policy with minors in architecture and sociology.

This website serves as a digital archive for my journey and work.
