It’s been a while since I posted last, and it’s about time I start posting!
My most recent build is a beach house! It’s a one-person house, but you’d probably go to with your friends or family.
The build took me about 5-7 hours to build, and I’ve used some new building techniques!
In this image, you can see the sand and its elevation above the water. The translucent blue plates show the waves enveloping the sand, as you’d see on a real beach. It’s a fun, and new creation because I added texture in the landscape and used a wrap-around porch with a beautiful view to the ocean. There’s a lot of space to hang out outdoors, and places to rest: three lounge chairs and a hammock.
The kitchen and dining room is very small, but feels more open than it really is because of the use of windows, making it much brighter indoors and making the ocean viewable.

There’s also a large window by the dining table.

The space is small, but cozy and compact. There is a back door and a front door, as well as a super small TV and couch under the stairs.
Continuing upstairs, you walk into a living area that is larger and has much more space than the first floor has.
There are two comfy chairs on this floor, a “travel corner” with a globe, maps, and souveneirs, a bathroom, and a bedroom.
The bedtoom has a comfy bed, a TV, and four drawers for storage! There are windows facing the water, giving this home-owner a beautiful view throughout the day.
The bathroom is small, but has the necessary shower/bath, a sink, and toilet.
There’s also something unique and special about this build. Unlike any other build, this one can be transported easily so the four baseplates used (two blue standard baseplates and two sand baseplates) can be split apart.
As you can see, the baseplates seperate and can be moved around seperately. They go together easily, too.
You can also see the outside space, filled with surfboards, sports equipment, bikes, kayaks, and a hammock!
I was very happy with this build, even though it was small, the amount of detail was more than I had put into other builds and was a cozy space I could imagine going to on weekends!
